A little about me

Where professional care meets personal reflection

I’m a psychologist who values both science and humanity. This space is where professional care meets personal reflection — through books, ideas, and honest conversations about well-being.

I am an RCI Registered Clinical Psychologist, trained across hospital and community settings — from psychiatric centres to rehabilitation spaces — working with people of different ages and walks of life. Alongside the clinic, you’ll usually find me with a book: reading, underlining, and thinking about what psychology looks like in everyday life.

  • M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology
  • Individual, couple & family work

My approach

Care that is shaped around you

I use an evidence-based, integrative approach to curate individualized interventions. Every person is unique, and support is shaped according to their specific situation, needs, and circumstances.

Drawing from trauma-informed and grief therapy, existential therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and couple & family approaches.

  • Thoughtful assessment

Taking time to genuinely understand before intervening.

  • Personalized care

Interventions curated for your situation, not a template.

  • Practical strategies

Tools you can actually use between sessions.

  • Collaboration

We work as allies — therapy is done with you, not to you.

  • Respect for your pace

Honouring each person’s pace, story, and experience.

The sessions were testing, enlightening, emotional — but most of all empowering. She helped me understand myself, step back and look at the facts around me, and my confidence grew hugely. I now have a toolbox for any problem life throws up.
